- First open Confirmtkt App.
- Click "My train Bookings" .
- Open the ticket which you want to cancel .
- Click on cancel button.
- Choose the passenger and click "yes" option .
- Select your Refund mode (i.e instant wallet or refund in your account in 5-7 bank business days).
- Click on "proceed ticket cancellation" button.
