- IRCTC doesnt allow the cancellation of train ticket after chart preparation has been done.
- If the train ticket is on waitlist after the chart preparation , then the ticket would be auto-cancelled and refund would be processed in 4-5 business days.
- You still want to cancel the ticket , then you can file a TDR .
