- Open "Confirmtkt App" .
- Go to "My Train Bookings".
- Open your ticket which you want to cancel .
- Click on "Cancel ticket " button and select all the passenger or the passenger whose ticket you want to cancel .
- Click on "yes", your ticket will be cancelled.
