If you forgot your IRCTC user id , then follow the steps-:
- Open the "Confirmtkt App".
- Click on 3 lines which are there on the top left side of app .
- Click "Forgot IRCTC User Id" option .
- Enter the 'Email Id' and 'Date Of Birth' which you have given while creating IRCTC Account.
- Click on proceed .
your IRCTC user id will be send to your entered email id.
