Yes, even after opting for FCF also you can cancel the ticket partially. please follow these steps to do a partial cancellation from confirmtkt .
1) Open my bookings/Trips.
2) Select the trip which you would like to cancel.
3) When you click on cancel you will be shown all passenger names from that trip.
4) Select the desired passengers names for cancellation and leave passenger names unclicked who are continuing travel.
5) Continue by clicking the cancellation checkbox.
