Since it is a waitlisted auto cancelled ticket, confirmTkt will refund you Base fare and FCF charges (Except 120 for non AC and 130 for AC passenger on FCF) ( eg. Consider one adult passenger booked a waitlisted ticket (Base Fare 1000 + FCF 150) with FCF and auto-cancelled. A refund of [1000 rs (base fare) + 30 ( 150-120) rs of FCF ] will be refunded to the original source of payment.
NOTE: Convenience Fee, Agent service charges and PG charges will not be refunded.
